As a transformational Coach, Mentor & Interpersonal Facilitator, my favorite thing is working with Brillant people that often have no idea just how bloody Brillant they are yet.
I have had the great pleasure of moving through some challenging experiences & developing resilience skills & attitudinal shifts that help to hold Hope beyond the moment & choose to Joy as a state of being & live more authentically.
My biggest inspiration is this beautiful planet & Gaia's Heartbeat & all of the ways we can practice being in rhythm with her.
